“Okay, hear me out: everyone needs a dolly. I repeat, everyone needs a dolly.
I never thought I would be this passionate about a product like this, but this has become one of those products where I’m constantly thinking, thank goodness I have that.
My family actually used it two weekends ago for my sister’s wedding to haul around a bunch of candles. We’ve used it to move coolers. Over Labor Day weekend, we were using it to carry a whole bunch of cans around. I’ve also used it for pretty much every move since I got it, which has been a lot more than you would think between post-grad life, college, apartment hunting, moving, and everything in between.
And I feel like you just don’t realize how much you need a dolly until you have one. Then suddenly, every time you have a bunch of stuff that needs to get from Point A to Point B, you’re set.
Also, you may or may not have heard, but I’m getting married in April, so wedding registry finds are definitely top of mind right now. When I think about wedding registries, I think about the fun stuff, obviously. But it’s also the practical things you’re going to use over and over again. And this is absolutely one of those.
So any bride or groom out there, anyone getting married, or anyone putting together a registry in the near future, put a dolly on there. You may not be the most excited to unwrap a dolly, but you are going to be VERY excited the first time you actually need one.
It folds up, it weighs just 13 pounds, it can hold up to 340 pounds, and it’s the perfect size to keep in my closet right next to my vacuum. I just pull it out when I need it, load everything up, and put it right back away.
Is this the most exciting thing I’ve ever bought? No.
Is it one of those purchases where every time I use it I’m thinking, wow, I’m so glad I have this? Absolutely.
And for around $50, I really think it’s worth every penny.
