Jersey Mike’s Subs is aiming to raise up to $1.09 billion in its U.S. IPO, targeting a valuation near $7.94 billion. 2. Hy-Vee Rolls Out Fast 30-Minute Delivery and Pickup Chainwide
Hy-Vee has launched a chainwide “Get it faster” option, letting online shoppers get orders picked up or delivered in as little as 30 minutes. Delivery costs a flat $4.95 fee, while in-store pickup has no minimum and is free for PERKS Plus members. Through Sept. 6, orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard delivery. (Read More)
3. Survey Finds BNPL Usage Climbing Fast for Grocery Shoppers
Groceries now rank third among purchases made via buy now, pay later, behind only clothing and tech devices, per LendingTree survey data. Consumers cite ease of use and easy approval as top reasons for choosing BNPL over other loan types. Nearly half of users have paid late in the past year, and 54% regretted a purchase. (Read More)
4. Tesco Boosts Rapid Grocery Delivery With Uber Eats & Deliveroo
Tesco is expanding rapid delivery by listing products on Uber Eats from August and on Deliveroo later this summer, adding to its Whoosh service, which already reaches over 70% of the UK via roughly 1,800 stores. Whoosh sales rose 51% last year. Shoppers using the new platforms will also earn Clubcard Prices and points. (Read More)
5. Adidas Opens Immersive Concept Store at Mall of America in Oct.
Adidas will open its first full-price Minnesota store, an immersive 9,161-sq.-ft. “brand concept” location at Mall of America this October. The store features four zones, including a customization area, a footwear-focused “City Shop,” and an Anthony Edwards shop, following Adidas’ strong first-quarter 2026 revenue growth. (Read More)
