4. Court Rules Trump’s 10% Global Tariff Illegal Under 1974 Act
The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled Trump’s temporary 10% global tariff illegal, saying the administration’s rationale failed to meet Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974.
