When Omni Talk last spoke with Jesse, we learned about Adeptmind’s first foray into making a mall shoppable online based on their work with Centennial’s MainPlace mall, where together Centennial and Adeptmind made nearly 2.0 million skus available for online delivery and pickup.
Flash forward a mere 4 months later, Adeptmind has now brought these same capabilities to life at the symbol of American mall-based retailing, the Mall of America.
Jesse and Grant discuss what it took to bring the effort to fruition, their lessons learned, and where they plan to take the concept next just in time for the holidays.
