The 2018 trade show circuit made great strides this year relative to years past. Once Shoptalk came onto the scene in 2016, the rest of the circuit was forced to up the ante. Industry participants are more focused on change and transformation than ever before, which is why, I have high hopes for what lies ahead in 2019, provided a few simple wishes are granted.
