Walmart (NYSE:WMT) will sell online plus-size apparel brand Eloquii to FullBeauty Brands as the retail giant continuies to make timely sales of e-commerce properties. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Eloquii joined Walmart’s portfolio of digitally native vertical brands to expand our Women’s assortment in sizes 14+, and offer unique and differentiated product in an underserved but growing segment,” noted Walmart spokesperson Jaeme Laczkowski. “Since acquiring Eloquii, Walmart.com has grown to hundreds of millions of items, and we’ve decided it’s the right time to sell Eloquii,” she added.
Earlier this year, Walmart (WMT) sold Bonobos to WHP Global and Express earlier, and sold Moosejaw to Dick’s Sporting Goods (DKS).
