Aldi is expanding its online fulfillment operations in a collaboration with a well-known third-party delivery provider.
The fast-growing discount grocer is now offering on-demand delivery via DoorDash at nearly all of its store locations across 38 states. Customers can place grocery orders on-demand from local Aldi stores via the DoorDash marketplace app or website. Prices, including discount prices, will be the same via DoorDash as they would be if a customer directly purchased an item from Aldi.
All participating Aldi stores will also be available on DashPass, DoorDash’s membership program that offers members $0 delivery fees. DashPass members can obtain this benefit on all eligible orders of $35 or more from Aldi.
