Albertsons will deploy fresh food optimization technology from Afresh Technologies across its entire fleet of more than 2,200 supermarkets, according to a Thursday press release.
The grocer plans to use the artificial intelligence-driven platform to help achieve a 50% reduction in food waste by 2030.
