Amid its leadership turnaround, Wish’s parent company, ContextLogic Inc., announced that its founder Piotr Szulczewski will step down as chief executive officer and remain on its board of directors, according to a Wednesday press release.
The e-commerce platform said it has begun searching for a new CEO. Szulczewski will stay in his position until a replacement is found or no later than Feb. 1.
Before founding the company and becoming its CEO in 2010, Szulczewski held multiple roles at Google, per the company press release.
