Target Corp. is looking to bring in holiday shoppers early with special deals and a new price match offer.
The second edition of Target’s “Deal Days” sale will run Sunday, Oct. 10 to Tuesday, Oct. 12. The retailer is also launching its annual holiday price match guarantee, effective from Oct. 10 through Dec. 24. For the first time ever, shoppers can request a price adjustment on all items (with a few exceptions) purchased at Target (Oct. 10 through Dec. 24) if the retailer lowers the price later in the season. Additionally, as part of its existing policy, Target will continue to match select competitors’ pricing within 14 days of purchase.
The upcoming Target Deal Days promotion will differ from previous versions of the event in that in addition to offering special discounts via the Target website and mobile app, it will also provide deals at all Target stores for the first time. Target is promising that Deal Days will feature thousands of limited-time discounts across its entire assortment, including TVs, video games, kitchen appliances, vacuums, seasonal outfits, and holiday food and drinks.
