A new podcast is live for your listening pleasure — “Spotlight Series: Rakuten Ready CEO, Jaron Waldman live from Groceryshop”
Rakuten Ready, formerly Curbside, made some of the first store pickup experiences possible, and now CEO Jaron Waldman sits down with Chris and Anne on the hustling and bustling Grocershop trade show floor to tells us how the team is revolutionizing what that “pick-up” will mean in the coming years.
Jaron explains that growing customer experiences with pickup through QSR apps like Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A, are strong indicators for retailers of what customer expectations will be for BOPIS and last-mile delivery in their stores. Plus, you won’t want to miss his answers to “How Millenial are You?”
Be careful out there.
