  1. Kohl’s announced a new partnership program “Curated by Kohl’s” which will rotate quarterly and partner with emerging brands across apparel, accessories, and home goods. The assortments will be featured online and in more than 50 stores with the Spring 2020 collection being influenced by Facebook, who will identify brands with strong online communities.
  2. LLamasoft and JD Logistics, the logistics arm of, have announced a partnership to bring LLamasoft’s tech to select manufacturers, retailers, and logistics providers who are part of the JD logistics network. The service aims to improve supply chain optimization, operations, management, and planning. Haifeng Yang, Head of Value Supply Chain at JD Logistics stated the move will, “further differentiate JD as a leader in providing and integrating advanced supply chain capabilities.”

Chris Walton is an accomplished Senior Executive with nearly 20 years of success within the retail and retail technology industries. He is well-versed in merchandising, store operations, inventory management, product design, forecasting, e-commerce, pricing and promotions, and tech product development.

Chris was most recently a Vice President with Target, where he led the retailer’s Store of the Future project and also ran the Target’s home furnishing division for e-commerce. He previously worked for GAP, Inc., as a Distribution Analyst and Manager.

Chris holds a BA in Economics and History from Stanford University, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
