In a bid to free up time for Sam’s Club’s employees, the retailer is  is deploying technology which will instantly provide information on category instocks, employee schedules, and respond to other queries.

As the usage of virtual assistants such as Siri and Alexa grow in the consumer space, we may see the proliferation of similar technology in the upcoming years.

Chris Walton is an accomplished Senior Executive with nearly 20 years of success within the retail and retail technology industries. He is well-versed in merchandising, store operations, inventory management, product design, forecasting, e-commerce, pricing and promotions, and tech product development.
